Practice style

Her approach to treatment is informed by a strong background in research and public health. After graduating from the National College of Natural Medicine in 2007, she completed a three-year clinical research fellowship sponsored by the National Institutes of Health National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine (now National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health), during which time she completed a master of public health degree at the University of Arizona.

As a general practitioner, Dr. Menk Otto is passionate about helping you reach your health goals while providing the highest quality medical care. She works to individualize patient care, including attending to lifestyle factors that support general health, and specific to chronic illness. She recognizes that both physical and emotional well-being are important components of health, and will partner with you to develop a plan that best supports you.
