Naturopathic physicians are trained in primary care medicine, with additional education in nutrition and lifestyle interventions. Referral to and collaboration with specialists and other health care professionals is provided when appropriate. Conditions I treat include but are not limited to:

  • Concussion recovery: for athletes and non-athletes.
  • Baseline testing services: for athletes of all types, including professional, college, and high school
  • Allergy: Treatment for inhalant allergies to pollens, dust, animal fur and dander, and mold using sublingual immunotherapy, also known as SLIT or “allergy drops.”
  • Neurological: results of concussion and head injury, post-concussion syndrome and other neurological consequences, autonomic nervous system disorders.
  • ENT: Sinusitis, postnasal drip, all types of allergy.
  • Gastrointestinal: Gas and bloating, poor digestion, food allergy, food sensitivity, celiac disease, gastrointestinal infection, irritable bowel syndrome, small intestinal bacterial overgrowth, diarrhea and constipation.
  • General Health: Fatigue, insomnia, nutritional and lifestyle counseling, acute illness, chronic disease management, back to school and sports physical exams.
  • Immune: Allergy, immunotherapy, autoimmune conditions, hyperactive immune response, mast cell activation, viral infections, bacterial infections.
  • Respiratory: Asthma, acute and chronic respiratory infection.
  • Cardiovascular: High and low blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, high/low cholesterol, rapid heart rate.
  • Dermatology: Mole checks, eczema, psoriasis, chronic hives.
  • Endocrine: Diabetes, insulin resistance, hypothyroid, hyperthyroid, autoimmune thyroid.
  • Head: Migraine and headache, dizziness, TMJ.
